If there is one thing that I have learned in my 13 years of clinical practice as a massage therapist, it’s that the body has its own innate ability to heal itself. I believe it is my privilege to be able to facilitate and support this healing process by using the skill, knowledge and tools that I have gained through years of experience.

In the last decade I have worked as a part of a team of integrated health practitioners in Perth, ON. This experience has given me a broad perspective on the body and the understanding that sometimes it takes more than just one kind of therapy to resolve certain conditions. I have invested time in my own continuing education in modalities including; Orthopedic Massage, Pain Management, Myofascial Release Technique and Thai Yoga Massage to name just a few. This has enhanced my ability to assess and approach each individual clients’ needs with a treatment as unique as you are.

Whether you enjoy massage for its therapeutic benefits - targeting chronic areas, pain and injury, or simply enjoy the time for relaxation and stress relief, I look forward to helping you meet those goals. I feel very fortunate to be able to offer my services in the village of Richmond and to be practicing full time in the community in which I live and raise my family.

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating Algonquin College in 2007 and have also attained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University.  One could say that I have a strong interest in how the human body works, what injuries can happen & why, and how to help people get back to wellness.

Since beginning in practice, I have had the chance to train in many different modalities & techniques such as; Medical Cupping, Myofascial Release, Pre-Natal and Deep Tissue Massage. 

I am passionate about helping others create a healthy balance in their lives, either by relieving pain & stress or by simply indulging in a relaxation massage. I'm a runner in my spare time and a mom of 2 amazing kids - life has to keep you busy to keep you healthy!
